What these terms cover

These terms are the agreement between you and 949t. They start applying the moment you open an account, place a bet, claim a bonus or install the 949t app. Using any part of the site means you accept them, along with our privacy policy and responsible gaming rules. If you disagree with a clause, do not register and do not keep playing.

Three areas are covered here: your 949t account, your money, and the way bets are settled. Individual games also follow their provider's rules, but nothing inside a game can override the account and payment terms on this page.

Who can hold a 949t account

You need to be 18 or older and living in Bangladesh. Verification asks for a national ID card, a passport or a driving licence, and the name on that document must match the name on the 949t account.

• One 949t account per person, per mobile number and per bKash or Nagad wallet.
• The account belongs to you alone. Do not sell it, rent it or let another person bet from it.
• Every deposit must come from a wallet or bank account registered in your own name.
• People who work for 949t, and their immediate family, cannot hold a player account.
• An account opened with invented details is frozen while we check it.

Extra accounts are treated as duplicates. Bonuses and winnings earned on a duplicate can be removed, and the original 949t account may be moved to manual withdrawal review.

Opening an account and keeping it safe

1. Register with your mobile number

   Pick a password of eight characters or more and confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. Confirm the SMS code

   Enter the code we send so the 949t account stays tied to a number you control.

3. Complete your profile

   Type your full name exactly as it appears on your ID, then choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

4. Set a deposit limit first

   Open the responsible gaming panel and choose a daily or weekly limit before you fund the account.

Documents we accept

Verification is needed before your first withdrawal, not before your first deposit. Send a clear photo of one document:

• National ID card (NID), front and back
• Passport photo page
• Driving licence

Reviews take up to 24 hours. A blurred photo, a corner cut off, or a document in a different name is the most common reason a check is delayed on a 949t account.

When a payment goes missing

If money leaves your bKash balance but never reaches the 949t account, send the transaction ID to support with the time of the payment. Deposits that fail at the wallet end are returned by the wallet, not held by us.

Bonus money and wagering

Bonus funds stay separate from cash until you meet the wagering requirement. The welcome offer adds 160% to your first deposit up to ৳18,500, with a minimum deposit of ৳400, and the full bonus has to be turned over 6 times before any of it can be withdrawn.

Only settled bets on qualifying markets count toward wagering. Void, cancelled and cashed-out bets do not count, and neither do stakes returned to your balance. Cashback is worked out daily on net losses and credited as bonus funds, so it carries the same 6 times requirement.

Withdrawing before you finish wagering cancels whatever bonus balance is left. If the bonus is still worth playing, finish the requirement first and then request the withdrawal.

Fair play and betting rules

Betting on 949t is meant to be between you and the game. These rules keep it that way:

• One bet per market. If the same selection is placed from linked accounts, both bets can be voided.
• Bets placed by bots, scripts or any automated tool are not accepted.
• If a price is clearly wrong, the bet is voided and the stake goes back to your 949t balance.
• When a live stream or data feed drops, bets on the affected market may be voided instead of settled.
• Game results and RTP figures come from the provider, and a random number generator decides each round. Nobody at 949t can change a result after the fact.

When we limit or close an account

You can close your 949t account at any time by writing to support. Any balance that is not tied to unfinished wagering is paid to your verified wallet or bank account.

We may suspend an account while a document, a payment or a set of bets is checked. Duplicate accounts, deposits from someone else's wallet, chargebacks and bets placed after an obvious pricing error are the usual reasons.

If an account is closed for breaking these terms, bonus balances and winnings from those bonuses are removed. Your own deposits, and winnings from cash bets, are still returned, less anything owed.

Reaching support and raising a complaint

Live chat is open 24/7 and is the quickest way to solve a payment problem. Email [email protected] when you need to attach a screenshot, a transaction ID or a document. Write from the address linked to your 949t account so the request can be matched.

Changes to these terms

This page changes when payment rules, bonus mechanics or local regulations change. The version published here is always the one that applies to your 949t account.

If a change affects money already sitting in your balance, we tell you through the site or by email before it starts. Bets already placed keep the terms they were placed under, and continuing to play after an update means you accept the new text.
